After the successes of previous pop-up restaurants, Jorge Fernendes is returning to TVC’s kitchen this Saturday 11th March.

 

This time we will be offering a delectable and inspiring menu featuring a fresh Turbot & tender Octopus starter followed by lamb shoulder in a spicy marinade and a honey cake dessert adorned with an indulgently moreish ice-cream.

 

As an ode to Varsity, Jorge has conjured up an excitingly unique molecular mojito sphere. Consider it as a refreshing palette cleanser or an alcoholic amuse-bouche – either way, we’re sold!

 

Jorge, who hails from Portugal, trained in Seville and London before moving to Oxford and cementing himself within the passionate team at Branca in Jericho. His extensive knowledge of food and creative enthusiasm means that every dish that leaves his kitchen is a culinary masterpiece.
