We have been making the most of these last few days of the end of summer. We appreciate the seasons at TVC I think mostly because we are out in the elements on the Roof …..the heat of August …..the warmth of summer evenings……the cosiness of winter afternoons under blankets with a mulled wine.
Whilst we savour this Indian Summer, we have been making some amazing cocktails, both classics and innovations with unusual ingredients such as beetroot, elderflower, and chilli. We have also been making preparations for Christmas with our amazing Christmas menus as well as our traditional festive December parties where we serve mulled wine with complimentary nibbles.

50ml ginger beer
Juice of half a lemon (squeezed)
A handful of mint leaves (rubbed to release essence)
Ice (enough to fill whole glass)
*Place all ingredients into a high-ball glass, muddle (stir) ingredients, top up with soda water and coat rim with lemon juice, garnish with lemon
